The Recom tube ice machines produce ice in hollow tube shape with several outer dimensions of 22, 29, 35 and 41 mm.

All parts contacting the water and ice are made of stainless steel SUS304 or SUS316 and PE material and meets the HACCP certificate requirements.

Water will be pumped to the top of the tube ice evaporators. The water will floods as a curtain thru each hole of the evaporator and freeze. Due to the recirculation of the water thru an water tank no energy will be lost. When the ice has reached the adjusted thickness the system will start automatically it’s hot-gas defrost cycle and the tubes will vertically falls down due to gravity into an ice slicer and nice measured tubes are ready to be used.
