Recom Plate ice machines has a ice thickness range of 5 - 30 mm. without fixed shape.

All parts contacting the water and ice are made of stainless steel SUS304 or SUS316 and PE material and meets the HACCP certificate requirements.

Water will be pumped to the water distributors in the top of the plate ice evaporators. The water will floods as a curtain along the evaporator and freeze. Due to the recirculation of the water thru an water tank no energy will be lost. When the ice has reached the adjusted thickness the system will start automatically it’s hot-gas defrost cycle and the plates will vertically falls down into an ice cruscher. Ice will be ready to be used.
